Exercise classes

Some of you might remember I've been really suffering with motivation to diet and go to the gym. Well I went for my first exercise class today and it was fab! :j Thought I'd share my experiences because they were so far off from what I thought they'd be. I did tone and tighten today.
There was no one in leotards or lycra, just tracky bottoms and t shirts. There were no "gym bunnies" just mainly middle aged women.
And it was not torture. It went pretty quickly and I can really feel that it worked wonders!
So if you've got a gym membership give it ago. I would recommend calling to book and explaining you've not been to a class before because the instructor will probably look out for you and make sure you're ok. And booking gives you motivation to turn up!
Just remember to take some water and a towel!!!

Well done Hayley. I'm trying to get myself going again but it's hard work. I do belly dancing but that's more fun and social than serious exercise, and I'm starting pilates on recommendation of my physio...cant afford more! I've got stuff at home and keep teling myself to do something while I catch up with the Sky+ backlog.....only I pop on here instead and then the time's gone lol0

After yesterdays class I was v. v. achey this morning so rather than stay in bed I went swimming before breakfast! And I've got a jive lesson this afternoon. Tomorrow back to tone and tighten!
