I need to read a lot more about this, I'd like to think my practical suggestions on the items listed in the statement of affars are helpful despite my lack of understanding on this whole hardship thing. I'd add that it wouldn't hurt to go on Motley Fool, or any debt/budgetting advice section on here so ur tackling ur finances and the claim at the same time.

You know that there are a lot of blank forms on the Legal Beagles site cos I spent 4 or 5 months hassling most banks for them and they did eventually get them to me
