Toyota trying to wriggle out of extended warranty claim

Hi. My Toyota Rav-4 needs a new Turbocharger - that's a whopping £2k bill. I have a Toyota extended warranty, and the Turbo is covered by the product. I've had my Rav-4 serviced every 10,000 miles or so by the main dealer, as per the schedule.
But Toyota are refusing to pay for the claim! They've kicked it out on the basis that twice over the past 5 years the service has taken place after 12 or 13,000 miles!
The dealer has told me that the Turbocharger isn't a serviceable item anyway.
But I'm getting absolutely no level of care from the company - which feels wrong. Nobody told me the warranty would be invalid because a couple of services took place after 10,000 miles - so they've been happy to continue receiving my £35 a month for a product which has no value whatsoever.
Anyone know where I stand on this? The level of care that I'm getting from Toyota is zero. Really shocked by that. The call handler I spoke to won't even refer the case on to anyone else - he simply says I've got no chance of getting a payment.

What mileage does the warranty say you need to do the servicing?
Turbo should be pretty easy to replace, and the turbo itself almost generic... 2k dunno if I am surprised at that even for a main dealer...0 -
Thanks for the reply - I've checked the smallprint, and the warranty does state that the service has to be done as per the Toyota schedule.
I'm amazed (or maybe not!) that nobody pointed this out to me when the service took place a couple of thousand miles over the scheduled mileage though - I've been paying for a worthless warrantyfor nearly 2 years.
In my mind, Toyota really have cocked it up - I've been a loyal customer for a number of years - but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.0 -

The problem with dealerships are, they will generally find a way to wriggle out of a warranty.
Vauxhall did the same to me! I purchased my car October 2006 (still got the paperwork) followed with a 2 year extended warranty, September 2008 came along and my car had a problem that should of been covered.
Garage quoted cost and said it was £600 worth of work and that my warranty had expired (despite me showing them paper work, Vauxhall agreed with them on this).
So popped over to my local garage, the guy looked at the paper work and said half of it is bull and that my car needed £200 of work.
Morale of the story, don't buy a warranty on a car, don't trust what Dealer mechanics say and your local garage can save you a whack

Why are you amazed? Your actions (or lack of them) have voided the warranty.0 -

I am lost for words with this !!
Don't you read anything ? Your car's documentation will say quite clearly how often the vehicle needs servicing. Do you expect the garage you point out all of your shortcomings to you ?
There is only one party who has "cocked" this up - and it isn't Toyota !0
