Tesco and the Co-op Debit Card

It is worthing reading the links posted above - buried in one of them is a link to a Barclaycard document which confirms that cards begining 450875 are real UK Visa Debit cards and are not Electron cards. My Co-op debit card begins 450875 ... and only has the Visa logo on it (issued Sept 09).

However, I still have problems at Asda 'pay at pump' and Kwik-fit. Haven't hit problems elsewhere.

The funny thing with Kwik-fit is that they seemed to struggle with cash too ...

it might be because you have un cleared funds in your account ie you have paid in a cheque and it has not cleared or you have debits being called which the bank has accounted for therefore not leaving you with any funds to draw on

It all depends whether the company has updated it Bank Identification Number(BIN) when these are:) all up to date there should not be a problem
