Whom makes Homebases Value Paint 10 Litre Silk??

I spotted this on Saturday but was very very unsure of the quality... price really good £9.99 for 10 Litres Brillant White whereas Dulux is £19.00 for same 10 litre.

Any ideas who makes it as I need about 50 litres to do two coats of paint to my house?

Anyone used it??

A Difference of 50% and not sure what to do any ideas please.

Not sure who make's it, but i made the mistake of painting with Hombase paint before and it started peeling off the walls within a couple of years! The wall was fine, no damp or reason for it to drop off!
Wicks paint isn't so bad if you want something cheaper - but it's best to stick with Dulux or Crown. B&Q and homebase quite often do great deals on the big names. Good luck!
