Shouldn't we all write to him requesting he honour his obligations??0 -
Doubt you have a case TBH if they aint taken any money then no contract has been binding.
I never ordered one although I was tempted but I think most of us knew that we would be lucky indeed if the order would be forthcoming.
No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you0 -
I got an e mail this morning saying that the item was not in stock and i would be refunded in the next 24 hours.A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.

If they're are telling people they'll refund them in 24 hours then they have taken money and there is a binding contract0 -
To all involved in this thread:
I am really very sorry that i could not complete your orders. Due to a product inventory error on my part the product sold out in minutes after my site was mentioned on the 'pop*****' mailing list.
I am a one man company and have received literally hundreds (867 to be exact) of orders for the shirt - this has been one of the most stressful weekends of my life.
I have only just started selling shirts on the web (previously I sold some on eBay). I hope the feedback on there would help reassure you that I am a genuine individual. (http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewFeedback&userid=teeflyshirts).
Again, please accept my apology. Im sure there are lessons for me to learn here.
Regards

I got a lovely e-mail from Lawrie today explaining all about the very genuine mistake he made with regards to this t-shirt. He took the time to answer all of my queries, and was very apologetic. Can you imagine how many e-mails this poor guy is having to reply to about this subject? At least he replied to my e-mail within 24 hours - unlike some of the bigger companies (Boots, anyone?) we sometimes have trouble with.
I for one wish him only the very best for the future. At least he took the time to explain himself and apologise.0 -
Looks like we got some 'small fry' caught in the nets while trawling for the bigger fish
.
I too received a truely humble email from Lawrie this evening and would like to j oin those wishing him and his venture the best in the future.
One thing's for sure - he'll always double check his pricing from now on before uploading it to his web site!0
