Tesco Car Insurance + Clubcard

I have noticed on the tesco car insurance site, it says something about a discount to clubcard members. Does this discount increase depending on how much you have spent at Tesco over the years? Is it actually a worthwhile saving?

Normally from what I have read about their offers, it is usually a fixed number of points related to the particular offer. You need to read the terms and condition of the latest point offer. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0

When I ran a quote with my clubcard it knocked about 50 quid off and I only buy the occasional sandwich/drink in there (not very often)
However their price was higher than everyone so =/ wasnt good for me0 -
I was hopeful that with the clubcard and the offers they were doing they'd at least meet my renewal figure. However they were virtually double so I won't be using them.0

I know this is an old thread, but my dad just got his first car after about 25 years of not driving! Cheapest for him was Tesco, without clubcard it was around £745, after he entered his clubcard it came to £600.60! With £250 excess! Quite a saving, and cheapest compared to everyone else.Smoke-Free since 15/11/08
