Hi everyone
I've just checked the insolvency register and it say's my case is now being dealt with RTLU
Now I've been speaking with Moonbeaver about my IPA since my OH moved out
I know my house has been repo'd and there has been offers made on it
What does all this mean?

Hi curly, im in the same boat as you apart from the IPA part so i cant help with that but the RTLU are only involved to collect any money from things, they will deal with your house, thats all really i got a letter about ED from them 3 months ago but im still waiting. They are nothing to worry about and usually a good sign that everything is progressing well[STRIKE]Shazbo[/STRIKE]

If it was very straightforward then its great you have been passed to them so quickly but there was mention on here a few days ago about someone who had been passed to them at 3 months and then back to the OR at 6 months, but i dont really know why that happened or what the outcome was.
have a look through the first few pages and you might find the post, it was called the same as yours.[STRIKE]Shazbo[/STRIKE]

shazbo I remember the post too, I think it was someone who had their file transferred back to the OR and then received a BRU.
Sorry if im wrong.
But Curly my DH was passed to the RTLU at month 5 and all the advice given here to me was its a good sign, the OR have usually finished investigating and RTLU deal with any assets, IPA's etc.0 -
Thanks

I'd get on the that curls asap, contact your OR as your circumstances have changed and you do need the money more so now x"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"
