Court action and the fos

hiya, first time i ever posted a question so hopefully someone can help :). At the moment i have a claim against the Alliance & Leicester. It is on hold in the courts. Can i withdraw the court action and then go to the fos ?

    You can go to the FOS while you case is stayed in the court process. You need to approach the bank again to begin with and then go to the FOS once you have a final response from them.
