Hi Everyone

Following on from my thread last week about returning a laptop i had bought which was broke, and i wasnt happy with, i was advised to send a letter RE Distance selling. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2405669&page=2

I have sent this letter last week recorded and not heard anything back from them, I signed into additions online to my account to see if there were any notes or anything and they seem to have shut my account down and it is showing no purchase history?

Can they do that? :S Will i be able to get a refund or not now?!

They are well within their rights to cancel your account (no company can be forced to accept anybody as a customer). Although they must act on their obligations under DSR, give them a call and ask when they will be arranging a collection.
