I had exactly the same problem. I am 38 weeks pregnant and I was sent to a different branch and still ended up waiting over an hour. I was offered a £5 giftcard!!. They need to put the accessory pack through free of charge code number 376/0756.

Hi billj, Just out of interest which branch did you have to go to to get the accessory pack. I can't find stock anywhere so maybe if you could tell me the branch I could ring them up and see if they have any accessory packs left.

Thanks Billj, I've given the lady at my store the code you quoted. Good job you gave it me because they would never have found it. As soon as I quoted the number the girl said 'oh yeah, I can sort this for you' She's doing a stock transfer from a nearby store so hopefully I should have it by Friday. Did the same on me with the footmuff ect had to go back to the shop and get it.
I only paid £49.99 .good price nice big basket,very light,footmuff and bag great ,but the pushchair goes where it wants which drives me mad in the supermarket when i cant move in and out of people and i end up pushing it on the back 2 wheels.Give me a mclaren any day

O mi god, this pushchair may seem a bargain but don't bother. You cannot push the damn thing it's got a mind of it's own. Really stiff and awkward to maneouvre. It looks really nice but it's hellish to steer, even on a level pavement!! The worst pram ever....you buy cheap you buy twice as my Nan used to say LOL
