Mamas & Papas Aria Pushchair (black) + Accessories pack = £79.99 @ Argos

HERE

We bought this earlier this year for £100, and I think @ £80 this is a very good bargain!

The accessories back consists of a Back pack (a very good quality black rucksack), rain cover and a cosy toes thingy.

The main reason we bought it was because it is very light, and the Primo Viaggio car seat fits into it. Saves buying a seperate stroller later on.

We bought the car seat from eBay. Brand new, delevered was around £75. The colour of the push chair we got was City Scape, so you may want to buy a matching coloured car seat.

There is also a different coloured one here but for £20 more. (I *think* the colour's the only difference?)

Hope this helps some parents to be.

  • how small does it go? when folded (actually - saw a bloke at the london eye trying to fold the pushchair with the child still in it! really funny, he was soooo embarassed, there was no harm done as he realised before getting very far!)

Folds downwards in a sort of flat way (if that makes sense?). It has a carry handle that let's you hold it like a breifcase on your side. Reasonably small and VERY light compared to others. Some reviews: HERE and HERE.

You really need to get down to a store to check it out properly.

I had one of these for my daughter 3 years ago and paid £100 for just the pushchair !!

It was brilliant, lightweight, folded flat and had that touch of mamas and papas class !!

I did not see original post, was going to post about this bargain.
Didn't use it yet, but I consider this as a good bargain:
    - Pushchair
    - Rain cover
    - Footmuff
    - Rucksack (that holds heat)

and all this is for 79.99.

I've got an aria and as a pramaholic this is used more than any other pram I've ever had. Even my mum uses this when she has dd and can fold and unfold it (a complete first for her)

Brilliant pram at a great price.

The new version is only £20 more but still a bargain at £100

Just saw the thread. The Aria (in black) goes up and down all the time in Argos, it was £49.99 a couple of weeks ago (I was going to buy one but didn't have the cash at the time) then a week later it went up to £59.99, which is it's current price, so I guess the price will be coming down on ebay too as you get loads of these on pallet returns which is why there's usually a lot on Ebay - anyway I was given one on Freecycle which I never used as it was useless, wheels went anyway but the way I pushed lol, was given a new chicco winter london from freecycle too which is perfect for the buses and I stick to my urban detour for everything else.
  • Hello all, I feel truly fed up. I saw the Aria pushchair advertised on Argos Website for £59.99 including all the accessories and reserved it for Store Pick up from Knaresborough Extra store. When I got it home and opened the box there were no accessories. I rang the store and she said that the item was a misprint (she was trying to fob me off I think). She told me to ring Customer Services. They passed me through to 5 different people in the space of 5 minutes and eventually I was told I had to go back to the store to sort it out. I didn't want a refund because it's such a good deal. The lady offered me £10 off. The footmuff is still on sale at Mamas and Papas but it's £55 and the raincover is £20. I feel really conned. I've written a letter and sent it recorded delivery but is there anything else I can do? Has anyone else had this experience? V pee'd off.....
