Trying to get my money back

I have had an account with Farmers Choice, an organic free range meat company for two years but haven't ordered recently. I pay a standing order of £37.00 per month and have built up a credit of just over £160.00 with them. Recently I asked them to let me have some of it back (£100.00) and that I would leave the rest with them for my next order. I was shocked in the least to hear them say that they could not refund any of my money as it was there for if I wanted to place an order. I then told them that I would like to close my account and therefore I would like the money that I have sitting with them back. They also told me that I cannot have my money back but I can place an order with them and use it up that way. Given their attitude I do not want to trade with them any longer so can anyone help as the only other solution I can think of would be to take time off work and visit the local CAB for advice.

This is in their T&C's:-Ending this contract4.3 Unless you cancel the contract within 10 working day’s after signing (when you will be refunded all sums paid), credit balances are not refundable and you must take any credit balance by ordering further items to the amount of the credit.0

I would question why you do not stand on the street corner handing out money on a Sunday morning, but I won't.
Just order some meats, or cancel you contract. Simple0
