Paypal problem with Ebay?

I am not a regular user of Ebay but i won a couple of items yesterday. I have gone through the process via ebay to pay and it keeps bringing up an error message and says try again later.

Anyone else experienced this problem?

I have had two payments this week send out the wrong shipping address to my seller. After the first one, I deleted all of my old addresses that were in PayPal before making my last payment. It also shows the old address, so I had to send out three emails to the three sellers today to give them the current address.
When called PayPal they had me check my eBay address, which was correct, but when they said click on the like to add PayPal addresses – it showed someone in Italy.
