Ballpark prices

Hi

Just wondering if anyone can give me a ballpark on prices for a new kitchen/bathroom.

Our bathroom is fairly small, atm we only have a toilet, sink and bath. The ideal would be to finally get a shower in there, but it would have to be an over bath one rather than and stand alone. I'd like the room retiled as well. The room is about 3m x 3m.

The kitchen currently has 6 eyelevel cupboards, 6 (can't think of the word!) under worktop cupboards. I'd like an integral dishwasher/fridge or fridge freezer, and a separate hob/cooker as well. New tiling too. The room is quite big but awkward as there are various doors to outside and windows.

Would it be possible (and I realise you have no idea what size anything is etc) to get them both done for less than 10k? And where would I look? Wickes? Or try and find a local independant person?

Thanks in advance.
