We have received a CON29DW Drainage and Water search for a property we are trying to purchase. The report states:

- Is this something we should be concerned about or a standard issue?
- Are there any health related issues associated with this?
- What corrective measures should we request?
- Is this an issue that should prevent us exchanging and completing?
- Is it thames water's issue or the vendors?

We had the exact same thing when we had our water searches done for where we recently bought. We didnt have a problem with it as our solictor said that its only a sample and a small one at that thats come back with a negative that it shouldnt be anything to worry about. He also said that those samples could have been taken quite a way away from the house / street we were searching on. I haventy keeled over yet and we have been living there over two months and drink water from the tap regularly.0
