Blooming Marvellous baby video monitor offer VENT!!

Want to vent, and maybe get some advice!
Myself (and a lot of others on a large parenting forum) recently ordered baby video monitors from Bloomingmarvellous.co.uk These video monitors normally retail for over £100 so to see them listed in the sale for £9.99 was obviously a huge bargain!
Although it turned out to be a huge typing error on their behalf!
Do they have to honour the price though?? The order status of these orders says that they have been 'shipped', but when you click for further details, it actually says that the order is cancelled because its out of stock. Except that it is back on sale on the website for the price of £129.99
A few people have contacted BM, and they have given different reasons, such as item out of stock and it was a typing error and all orders were cancelled.
Does anyone know where we stand legally about all this.
Thanks!

Check their terms and conditions. It will state at what point your order is classed as accepted, and therefore when the contract is formed.Gone ... or have I?0

Did they debit your card?
As dmg24 says check their t&c's. However this happens from time to time with online retailers and in recent years very few have given way. Depending on the amount of orders taken it could bankrupt a company to honour a misprice of this magnitude.
My advice...forget about it!0
