Professional Debt Collection

I run a small business and I wondered if anyone could recommend a good collection company who I could use please as I am having problems getting payment from one or two clients.

My company is using coface. They charge 7.5% if the collection is successful but £10 if the collection is unsuccessful (although they claim it's no claim no fee).
In any case, they customer service is quite reliable. Make sure you do negotiate the terms with them and that you do not tie yourself into a minimum number of cases for the contract period.

    Good luck

Have you explored every avenue before you pay a premium to get what is actually your money.

I had a problem a few months back and after a few nice phonecalls I just turned up and told them I wanted my money, I got two cheques and neither of them bounced but two weeks later the company went bankrupt if I had waited I wouldn't have gotten anything.
