After waiting 4 weeks for them to reply which they should have replied within ten days I recieved this letter as follows:
First please accept my apologies for the delay in contacting you I am sorry to hear you say you are suffering from financial hardship. After reviewing your case I am unable to offer you any practical solutions to your situation as your account is closed.
As such I would suggest that you speak with your present finacial provider, if you havn't already done so,as they may be able to offer you suitable solutions to your present issue.
Please can you tell me what I could do next ?

Presumably as your account is closed, the bank are not adding any charges to your account so they are not adversely affecting your current financial position.
What could you do next? Well if your current banking supplier is adding charges to your account which you think is attributing to your current financial hardship, why not take the advice given and contact them to see what they can do for you?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
