    Try not to let it stress you, landlord hasn't the foggiest what she is doing but we do - I am far from the most knowledgeable of the regulars. ;) Just keep popping back to this website or to Landlordzone if you are not sure about anything and we will try to steer you in the right direction as regards the legal position. Your deposit is lodged and you have an inventory so any disputes will be settled by the arbitration lot. On your last day just take lots of photographs, ideally with a national newspaper from that day showing, and you will be fine.
