First thing to check is whether your printer will do this - quite a few have the option to print more than one page per A4 sheet.
Try the usual File/Print... then click on Properties (normally a button to the right of the printer name) to bring up the printer options. Should be something obvious like "Pages per Side" or "1-up", "2-up" etc.
Sorry if you've already looked...0 -

I have a form already on word also on PDF but the PDF one will only print
I have printed off a copy and am trying to scan it at 50%, I will want to type on it afterwards to save me writing in details all the time as it is a consent form0 -
I have scanned at 50% and it has gone to paint but the form is now in the middle of the landscape page and it is bitmap instead of text0

In the "Print" dialogue box, the "Zoom" section gives you pages per sheet.0

This is Word 2003 but I guess 2007 will be similar -
File/Page Setup/Margins
Select "Landscape" Orientation and "2 pages per sheet" from the "Pages" drop down.
You may need to play with your font sizes and line spacings to get it to fit as it will not automatically shrink the page for you.0 -
Select <file> then <print>.
This should bring up a window with an option of <properties>.
One of the options within properties allows you to change pages per sheet. Most modern printers will allow this and probably even allow double sided printing (admittedly manually).
If you google the model number of the printer and "2 pages per sheet" you should find exactly what to do0 -
Thanks to everyone that helped - I have managed to sort it out with your help0
