Log Burner & Flue Installation???

Can someone please help me???
I have order and brought a flue & kit which has a 6inc dimm, I thought the multifuel burner was also a 6inc (however the seller had made a mistake on the listing)!
I have asked the seller of the flue if we can change to a 5inc so would be the same as the multifuel burner and he said yes but wanted me to read the Hetas site (I have)! Can someone please tell me why I'd want a 6inc over a 5inc? should I indeed be looking for a 6inc burner?
Someone please help me?

Generally, the larger the stove, the larger the flue diameter necessary. If the flue is too big, the stove might not draw properly.
The flue supplier probably wants you to read the HETAS site so that you are aware of exactly what is required to safely install a solid fuel stove. Getting it wrong can have tragic consequences.0 -
You can use a 6in liner on a 5in stove just not the other way round.0
