    whoops penelope pigpen!

i think im just having an all day brain fart. will need to remove foot from mouth at some point today.

but on the plus side i have almost done todays list, and as well as that i have wiped down the kitchen cupboards, and the small appliences, and given the oven a once over, booked oh on a course, gone grocery shopping (forgot bags for life though) and have a full freezer. so full though that i have a chicken in the fridge to use in the next day or 2 as i cant fit it in the freezer and that was the original plan.

    Back again.....

SummerMoon well done on passing your exam.:T:dance:

Is it my imagination, or is today really dragging? Must be because Mr LW's on late shift, I guess. *shruggy smilie*.

Flying has happened in the Wolf's Lair:

Monday - Sitting Room and Hallway
    Level One
Open the windows and turn on some music!
Windows, yes; but sorry, I find the music too much of an irritant, so I'll pass on that if you don't mind.
    Vacuum floors and sofas!
    Done (Mr LW)
Declutter the chairs, floor and fireplace
    Done
    Level Two
Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves!
    Done (Mr LW)
Sort out coats, shoes and bags
They're all tidy and put away in cupboards/shoe rack. I only have one handbag, and that's tidy.:p
Clean any electricals.. don't be frazzling yourselves though!
Done all I can get to.
    Level Three
    Check those smoke alarms!
Done (I set it off last night frying onions!)
Wipe sofas, paintwork and dusty places
    Done.
HHC in the hallway.. vacuum floors/stairs, wipe paintwork, fling those broken umbrellas and junk mail!
Vacuuming done (Mr LW). No broken brollies; junk mail put for recycling as it arrives. The 3 bookcases that live in the hall all dusted and polished.
    Extras

    1. Catch up on some calls/emails All done; I don't do phones, and did all my emails yesterday.
    2. Binbag dance... grab a bag fill it and fling it! Done
    3. Clean fires/behind radiators Done what I can manage.
    4. Wipe the windows in these areas Done
Easy dins tonight - there are some humongous spuds in the sack we bought on Saturday, just crying out to be done in their jackets, so that's what we'll have, with grated cheese, followed by HM lime ice cream for pud.
    ETA:
i think im just having an all day brain fart.
:rotfl:I must remember that one, for the next time I go to put the dirty washing in the fridge! (Yes, I have very nearly done that, a couple of times!!)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    toots xx
No, I haven't hit him. He is being very good at present.:D
He has hurt his leg going up and down the ladder, the doctor thinks. He has a swelling on his shin bone area and it is really painfull to walk.

Good news today is that DS2 has his job back after being laid off last month.

toost I hope you are okay after the lunchtime incident. It happens to me sometimes too. Last night was the last time, I know how frightening it is. At least I usually have someone here with me. It must be really frightening for you and tiring too.

My DH is so understanding he just tells me I am supposed to swallow my food not inhale.

    Well done summermoon:j:j
seafarers_wife I am soon to be a seafarer's mum so I might need to ask some questions if that is okay? Mainly about what to pack/take with him.
