After doing a search on here I still need answers to a couple of questions regarding Lloyds TSB's save the change.
1. Example - if I use my debit card three times in a particular day and the amounts are £4.50, £12.75 and £50.20 then am I right in saying £1.55 is transferred into my chosen savings account the following day?
2. Lloyds TSB do NOT match this amount?
Thanks

You're right on both counts. Why would you expect Lloyds TSB pay into your savings account?0

When the account was first introduced Lloyds matched the amount, however this was for a limited period onlyLast Cigarette 24/6/090

And a very nice free £100 it was from Lloyds!0

Thanks
I did a search before and read that they were matching it, that's why I asked.
Thanks for the answers.Graham0 -
I used Save the Change for a while, but found I didn't build up much by way of Savings. Have found it easier and more effective just to set up a standing order for the day after my pay comes in. Just a thought...0

I have it as a feature on my account, only because I signed up yonks ago and never really got round to removing it. To be honest, unless you charge everything to your bank card, so your drink at lunchtime up to your weekly shop you never really acrew a great amount because a lot of the things in shops are .99 or 1.00 etc
I think if it was taken to an account not in your online banking page, so a bank account away from being able to see it would acrew to a nice amount over a very long period of time, but tbh when its just there and its only a odd pound its just easier to spend it and save somewhere else. The most I ever saved with save the change was £12Learning to be 'good with money'0
