Cheated on ebay for over £400 - Please help

    From what I see....there is no single history from the sellers...and they just registered recently....to be honest, I will not touch it at all
    Hope you can get your money back at the end...:(

    I had lodged 2 claims to Paypal against both the sellers but paypal just rejected one of the claims for the dodgy asda gift card i receieved stating that this does not qualify for a claim as it relates to complaints about the quality of a good and not delivery of goods!
    Can anyone help me here?
    I ve now emailed a few sellers from ebay who has dealt with this person before to see if they can provide me his contact information

    Is there not an option on paypal to request a refund because of the quality? (sorry i've not been through this proceedure ever) Otherwise, might be worth reporting to the police too.

    Substantially not as described is the one you want - if they reject it again then just go straight to the CC company.

    If you have any names / addresses for the seller that appear to be current (check 192.com) then also consider small claims if cc or paypal don't pay up.
