As they actually took the money, the contract was formed, so they are legally obliged to honour it, unless they could make out a case that it was clear it was a mistake.

To the previous poster about shops having to honour a price label, this seems to be a common misconception but the law is that an advertised price is simply an invitation to treat. The contract isn't formed until money changes hands. This is why you can also haggle in a shop - you don't have to pay the advertised price. Wouldn't it be interesting to get to the till at Tesco's and then haggle over every price? ("I'll offer you 15p for these fish fingers and 50p for this steak...." :rotfl:
