Unfortunately my spam folder is empty.

For a minute I thought that could be the reason because my e-mails are automatically sent from my googlemail account to my Outlook account and so I don't have sight of the spam folder unless I actually log onto the googlemail website.

Oh well, I'll continue to live in hope, although I guess its not the end of the world if (when) it doesn't arrive.
