What info to display on website

Hello,
I am sorry if this is the wrong forum, I wasn't sure where to post it.
I have a driving school and a website advertising my services and that of my instructors. Do I legally need to display my business address (my home address) on the website?
I am not a limited company, I am a sole trader. People do not pay for any lessons etc via the website, it's just an information website.
Thanks for any advice

You might be better off posting this in the Small Business forum.
I'm not sure if you do have to display your address or not, but I think the registered address of a company can be a PO Box, so that's a possibility to look into if you don't want your home address widely known.0 -
Thanks for your reply. It's not actually an e-commerce website; I was wondering if similar rules to the e-commerce ones relating to selling things online applied to just an information site. I do sell a service of driving lessons, but no-one pays for anything via the website. They just get information.
Thanks again

If your using your site for advertising your business then the e-regs apply"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

OK thanks, that's what I needed to know. I don't think any of my competitors follow this rule! But I will put my address on. Thanks again.0
