Is it still possible to reclaim?

Hi,
This is my first post on this site, but i'm most definitely a long time reader!
I first had my 'lightbulb moment' a good while ago and decided to reclaim my bank charges from Nat West, it turned out they owed me around 3 thousand pounds. I did all the necessary paper work but then half way through the claim the court judgement came about, and my claim got put on hold.
I have since joined the CCS payment plan after reading this website and deciding that was the best way to go. I am over drawn to the sum of £2600 in my nat west account pretty much because of the bank charges they put onto my account. This is now part of my CCS payment plan, so no interest is being added now, PHEW!!
My question is, would there be any chance of getting my charges back on financial hardship grounds? and if so how do i go about this?
Thanks for reading
Leigh

Ok, if you are expecting 100% of the funds back under financial hardship then the basic answer is 100% no. The only way you can look at financial hardship is based on what the bank did when you approached them after you had items returned immediately. If they offered you a loan then they have satisfied the criteria that they had to do that providing it was affordable. Please read my signature page 20.0
