Toshiba or orange?

5 months ago I got a laptop from orange with a internet dongle, the keys on the laptop has stopped working who do I take it too toshiba or orange

Id say orange as the contract was with them, they may even say go to toshiba but speak to orange first0

Did the laptop come with a warranty? If it did, it's probably quickest and easiest to go through the warranty process. However, legally speaking your contact is with the retailer, not the manufacturer.0

I agree with this. All very well chasing Orange but all they will do is send it to Toshiba so a lot more time involved, if you can deal directly with Toshiba it should save hassle. Operative word being should!!!
Speak to Orange first and see what they say.0
