When i had trouble with them back in april, i was discussing - well calling them, to put it mildly, with someone else on another message board.She also, had trouble, more than me!
Anyway, she got hold of some blokes email address, don`t know were from,i emailed him my complaint, also telling him which message board his company was being slagged off at ,and lo and behold ,3 days later my order turned up.
Here it is if anyone wants to try, the bloke might have left,but worth a go.
