Hiyas,
I need to buy a bank draft in Canadian dollars and wondered where might be best to get one? Do I need an exisiting account to be able to buy from the bank? I'm hoping to be able to shop around for the bext exchange rate. and is there a fee to pay when buying a bank draft?

Due to money laundering regulations most mainstream bank will only order a bank draft for you if you have an account with them.
