  • Considering the status of my order shows up as 'delivered', shouldn't I be expecting points to follow?

Hi Tesco experts - I am quite new to this but really trying to save points to get some Merlin cards - some advice please my local tescos has some cartridges for £2 cannot remeber what they were now but I would not use them is it worth buying them for the points??
    Thanks

also can someone point me if there is somewhere on this site that says about best offers to get points - bought myself and OH paella yesterday something we really enjoy anyway but for the extra 100 points is this the way to build up points?

some of the inks can be worth while to buy as you can then recyle them on tesco site and get more points check which ones they accept tho. i also brought some of that paella on monday as it was reduced down to £2 and we like it so a 100 points was a nice little bonus for us.

for talks about tesco codes theres also another forum just for tesco codes which sometimes you find extra points codes, can be good to build your points up hth :D

Just checking was this the finest restaurant meals with the 100pts if so I had posted somewhere else but cann't remember where as finding this new and confusing but if u got hold of their instore magazine there was a voucher for 100pt if spend more than £10 on finest so buy 2 paella = 300pts + spend double I have done this several times now u can only use 1 per trans so I have been splitting them up into £10 lots and using several vouchers only probs use the card 4 times aday they want authorisation on cc hope this is off use.
  • I never received my Tesco shopping last night either. Not very happy as I came home to wait for it being delivered. After the alloted time had passed I realised that I hadn't checked my answering machine and there was a message from Tesco saying that they had cancelled my order!

It is just me...but what stoopid person makes these kind of decisions?! Who would think that just because they don't have ink cartridges in stock that I wouldnt want the rest of my shopping worth £77.28? Seems like a no brainer to me! Grrrr!

    Rant over lol :D

Hey I always reply to the original order email that they send - usually takes about a day to reply...will probably be longer due to all the emails folks will be sending over this I expect! :)

Have been on the phone to Tesco all day about this - Customer services eventually agreed to honour the BONUS 2000 Clubcard points i should have accrued from ordering 20 Lexmark cartridges at 1p each (buy 2 get 200 points....20 cartridges = 2000 points) This was because i complained to customer services about it being a false incentive to shop with them (they claimed it was an error in the system blah blah)

They only agreed to this if i forwarded them the original confirmation email THEY sent showing the cartridges in my grocery shopping basket (this is the bizarre bit - the cartridges are still there in my shopping basket which Tesco say they can access + are due for delivery tomorrow morning!!) however customer services claimed there was no record of any such cartridges being ordered.....!!!!!!!?

The points haven't shown on my statement yet but customer services claim they've put them through so am going to ring back tomorrow + check if they've been as good as their word!!

I'd advise anyone who ordered the 1p cartridges, then had them cancelled to complain through customer services + you should hopefully at least get the clubcard points for them (probably need to have kept the grocery confirmation email though)
