My delivery slot came and went, with no cartridges.
I checked my online account, and it said that they had been delivered.
I rung the Tesco helpline, and they told me that my order had been cancelled, and I should have received a phone call to tell me that it had been cancelled. (I didn't).

I not bothered about missing out on the cartridges, but the customer service sucks. I've never had any problems with their delivery service before, so I won't stop using them just yet.
  • I was supposed to have my order delivered between 8pm-10pm but nothing. No phone call nothing, My order also showed up as 'delivered'.

email sent stating this was my first order and im not happy with the service they offered. im looking for a voucher code to say sorry grrr
  • My order was cancelled by the store advising that there was no stock. However I popped over to the store tonight and there was some stock on the shop floor. Spoke to an exceptionally nice manager who has advised Tesco needs to honour the price and on top that they have cages out the back full of stuff like printer cartridges and that the other ones will probably be in there. She has passed it on for someone to call tommorrow to sort it out and if I have not heard I have to call her on Thurs. She said most stores have stuff in storeroom especially older stock which is why it shows up as available for delivery but the 'dot com' managers don't know where to find it. Will update once I hear.

I had a phonecall at 7.30am this morning advising me that they dont stock any of the cartridges, as i had other items of shopping she asked if i wanted to cancel the order, which i did, 1 hour later i get an email from tesco saying - can we tempt you back £10 off your next shop of £50 - that'll do nicely, thanks.

Made two orders, different cartridges. had a phone call about one saying they only had two carts out of about 10, did I still want the order as there were no groceries? I said yes and they were duly delivered. (lexmark 80, cost £1 each, points showing on receipt delivered with carts). The other order (different clubcard) no call but now showing as delivered. I assume they didn't have any carts - but it would have been nice to let me know I suppose.

also can someone point me if there is somewhere on this site that says about best offers to get points - bought myself and OH paella yesterday something we really enjoy anyway but for the extra 100 points is this the way to build up points?
