how long to wait?

I sold some vouchers for riverisland 24hrs ago but as of yet payment not recieved how long does everyone wait before sending another invoice?

I usually wait 5 days. if I havn't received payment by then I send them a polite email asking if they still want the item. After 7 days they get a non paying bidder alert. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. You never know they might be on holiday, ill the comp might have packed up or anything. I like to think ebay sellers would wait for me if I was having a crisis like that.

If the buyer is paying by cheque they may never contact you, all that will happen is that you'll get a cheque in the post in a week or so.

I would normally send a polite reminder after 5-7 days asking if they require any further assistance in making payment, but never much before day 5.
