if anyone who reads this is thinking of buying a plastic green house dont buy it from poundstrechers, the ones they sell are crap, each side isnt joined by poles at the bottom back or front so its basicly 2 shelfs with 2 arches joining them at the top, b&m sell one thats identical for the same money but does have the poles at the bottom.0

I bought one of these today, they measure 6' 3" x 4' 1" so are quite roomy.0 -

I bought one these back in Feb, and the cover split along the zip after a week, so i took it back and got a refund, they were very good about it offering a replacement or refund with no argument. I've had the 4 tier plastic greenhouses for years and had no problems with them.
I'd be tempted to either phone them up or call into the store if you still have the receipt, and explain what has happened.0 -
Not sure if I have the receipt, to be honest I've crammed so much in there it is probably my fault anyway :rotfl::rotfl:Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!0

These plastic covers rip in no time in my experience - I would also recommend putting them away at the end of the season rather than leaving them out if they manage to survive.
Spent the weekend trying to construct our very own polycarb greenhouse - whoever said it would take 2 people just a day was off their head!0 -
I've had my 2 plastic growhouses for about a month now and 1 of the covers on one of them is already split along where the zip is. I think you ge what you pay for, as with most things in life.Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

Poundstretcher does sell a replacement cover which is NOT the see through type but dark green and reinforced thats a better one methinks. The solving of a problem lies in finding the solvers.0

Plants need air to circulate, if it doesnt they become prone to disease and rot.
