Has anyone successfully asked Egg to include a new credit provider? How long did it take to be added?
Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!

i think shakemeup was referring to adding a provider already on the list, whereas you mean a completely new provider.
well i sent the same request ready for when my PO card arrives, but looking at it, the PO card is supplied by the Bank of Ireland, and that provider is already on the provider list at Egg.
the login details appear to be the same as the PO requirements but as mine hasnt arrived yet i dont know if it works.
so try BOI and put your PO details in and let us know if it works.

I asked for beneficial card to be added and it was quite shortly afterwards (a matter of a few weeks?) and they have added citicard too recently - but that was probably six months after I requested it (and First Direct's version doesn't include Citicard yet!) I think it is coincidental. All you can do is pass on a suggestion - it is up to them to include it. However the more requests they get from different customers to add a particular organisation the more willing they will be to act.
Does anyone know if the likes of EMM has to go through a particular process to add companies (such as gaining their agreement) before this can happen?.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -

oh what a shame. i was pretty sure it would as all the login requirements matched.
ah well, we'll need to wait

PIN number came after 10 days
Next day - the acceptance letter with limit
Day after that the card.
I was able to raise limit & do BT with just the acceptance letter.Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!0 -

thank you.
i've heard one or two people say they raised the limit. how did you do this? what did you ask for? and how much more did they give over the original limit?0 -
I asked them to add Citicards.co.uk every day for about 1 year and it eventually got added, not having much luck with Intelligent finance credit cards though.0
