Window misting: anyone used Fog X?

Hi all,
Now that spring is here I want to get round to doing all those jobs I've been putting off for months!
We have double glazing but our windows have started to 'mist' inside the panes of glass (with condensation?). The ones upstairs happen only occasionally but the kitchen window has become so stained by it that it looks awful and you can't really see much through it.
I've seen an advert for a company called Fog X which says it can fix such a problem rather than replacing the whole window. I've had a look at their website and googled them to see if anyone else had dealt with them but I can't see much. I haven't called them out for a quote as I thought I'd check on here first to see whether anyone has used Fog X? What was your experience?
It's a fairly new company I think but with local franchises over the UK.
Can someone help?? If no-one has used them I'll get them out and post back my experience.
Thanks all.
HJ

It looks as though it works by inserting a 'tube' into the window to allow the moisture in the desiccant to escape into the room. This will work well if the room is dry and therefore the moisture in the desiccant will be prone to migrate into the room. I would guess that the movement would be slow to start with. Problem would be that once the movement has taken place and the window is dry if the relative humidity in the room is higher than that in the window the moisture would then go back the other way. Probably not the best solution in bathrooms, kitchens or any room that you dry washing in.
Some sensible issues to raise with them I think.
Hope this helps.

I know there is a system which claims to remove the condensation, but what does it do about the stains. Normal approach is to replace the glass units. Let us know what you find?0
