Warning TESCO DIRECT - random security checks

If you order something from Tesco Direct for next-day delivery, you need to order by a certain time (was 1pm, seems to be 12pm now).
However, if, as in my case, they decide to do a random security check on your purchase (which I passed!) you may find that they do not process the order before the cut off time, even if you ordered before then.
Double-check with the person you speak to that the order is being processed in time and get them to confirm in email so you have proof.

You do have rights......but you still need common sense.
