What are Convenience Checks, Credit Card Cheque, Cash Interest, Purchase Interest and Cash Advance Fees? Should any or all of these be included in claiming back interest charges on a Credit Card?

    No to all of them but if you can claim interest which is explained in the guide to reclaiming credit card charges.
