New Ebay Account & Paypal

Hi
I have just opened a second ebay account, to keep my activities seperate, but have linked to my old paypal account that I have been using with my original account.
When I start selling on my new account (just bits and bobs from around the house), will paypal still hold my funds as I am new ebayer? If so, can I get round this by using tracked delivery and providing this information?
Many thanks in advance
