Nationwide Gold 0% on purchases 9 months

Quick question - I've received a "priority application" for this card. Does it make any difference to the application whether I complete the form they sent or apply online? I called Nationwide but waited 8 mins for a customer advisor (it was an 0800 number but I've got better things to do) and ended up putting the phone down.

Anyone?

  • Don't think there is an option to apply for the gold card on the site - in fact there's no mention of it so using the priority app would seem the best approach. Good luck.

    I applied via the Nationwide site a couple of months back for the standard card, but it offered me the Gold card once I had entered my earning details in. Given that there is no real benefit by applying by web (no incentives/cashback/etc) I would use your priority offer...
