is anyone else having problems rebooking online with easyjet?
Everytime I log in, and click the 'amend' button, I just keep getting a red cross by the flight number and no other details

I think the websites are in chaos right now. My son is stuck in Barcelona with some friends having turned up at the airport for a Friday flight to UK as instructed by their booking agent. They are re-booked now for a flight [optimistically] later next week to a totally out of the way airport in UK - but it was that or have a refund. I am guessing that either the phone line [expensive and long wait] or going to an airport to nobble staff are the only ways - forget teh online system for the moment.
Good luck0 -
EASYJET - absolutel nightmare all around. we got to the airport and no reps there from easyjet. thomas cook had reps to help people and to tell them they were going to hotels. we have literally had to fend for ourselves. it's just as well the kids arn't with us - it would have been a nightmare. when we eventually found an internet site and got onto easyjet - you couldn't rebook for at least 2 weeks as all seats booked from the original bookings = no spaces. just as well we had credit cards.0

Thomas Cook had reps because it is a tour operator which employs reps. Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2 etc are airlines, not tour operators. They will have handling agents at the airport who are sometimes good and helpful but often not. If you want reps you need to book with a tour operator. You will often pay more, but they are certainly useful when things go wrong.0

Ryanair has stopped flying to Granada as from 1st May.
