Remember last week when I came on here and said the friends had offered to take DD to Spain with them, but it was too short notice?? Well they should have been back last night, and are still there....now booked for thursday next week..if flights running by then.
Suze-can you get leave in a few weeks time? Have you given any thought to what happens if monday is scrubbed?Volcano still spitting stuff out, and synoptic charts don't show much change to wind direction..

Ah,DD just surfaced at the crack of half past twelve!

No SRM....I need to be back in the country by May 8th at the latest and I've already pushed my return back until 7th.

I have no doubt Monday's flight will be cancelled....that load of muck in the sky is not going to clear in the next couple of days. I have pretty much resigned myself to cancelling the trip, but will wait until Monday's news to see what is happening before doing anything rash.

I will be going out there in July for 6 weeks so hopefully it will all be over by then. It's just such a long time to wait to see her. It will have been 7 months since we've seen each other and it's hard knowing that I would have landed by now and we would be enjoying a cold glass of wine together......

Oh Suzy, I'm really sorry for you. I know how much you were looking forward to seeing her again after so long.

I know someone who's stuck in Cyprus, and I'm not going to make it to Venice, but that's small fry really.

    Eww to the spiders.

I know a man who got up in the night on holiday and went outside of the apartment to wee, and had to knock to get back in. He also did it in the hallway of the apartment too, I didn't realise till I got up and stood in it, ewww.

I should have had a tutorial this morning but didn't feel up to it, I'm going to do a load of work today on it though.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
