Does anyone know where I can find good private landlords in and around the Redcar area? I have tried the usual ie local papers, driving round, Gumtree etc and not had much luck.

It might seem like a strange one, but have a look on facebook and see if there is a group for your area. I advertised on our local "buy and sell" and "let, sale and exchange" facebook groups and got well over 20 messages within a couple of hours. Took a bit of weeding through the responses but i found our new tenant that way.
If you can find a group for your area it might be worth putting up your own wanted advert.:jProud mummy to a beautiful baby girl born 22/12/11 :j0 -
