Ready made garden bed package please?

My son and his girlfriend have a small garden and they have done their best and made two very nice raised areas. Id like to get them a package of perennials to plant for flowering this year. Im sure Ive seen in the past you can buy a "bed of flowers" but cant think where. Any help please?

I am not sure if this is really what you mean but I was recently given a vegetable garden in a box. I know that the same company sell gardens in a box and the prices seems very reasonable. The only thing I will say is that I have not yet had any results from mine (says results from 6 weeks and mine has only been in for 2) but I guess each grobox will have different growing time scales.
