Looking for advice, I have a bad experience witrh the delaer over a new car purchase. i was advised 10 weeks order delivery.
I have signed and paid deposit, however I have tried to call the branch 3 times so far, and never had a call back yet, I spoke to the sales manager and expressed my concerns advising |I was considering cancelling due to bad customer service. I called again on Thursday night and was advised I would get a call back, of course this never happened, I now would like to cancel my order, where do I stand, would I have any grounds?
The car is due at the end of the month.
I am concerned if they cant call me back now, what will they be like when I have the car.
Thanks.

Seems like a very flimsy excuse to cancel a car purchase to me.0

So you want to cancel you're whole order just because they've failed to return your calls. Go ahead and cancel but don't expect to get your deposit back.
What car is it?0 -

A Fiat? Yep, you want to cancel all right
Why not go there and see them? 0 -
Tell the dealership you are going to speak to Fiat UK. Just go to another dealer for servicing.0

Whatever possessed you in the first place?0

I'm not sure what the problem is!0

I think you would should ring them again first thing or go to the dealership. It may be the guy has spent all day trying to find info for you and has also been waiting for a call back from someone.0
