No idea if these are market leading products though (and assume LTV of 75% or less).
At the moment my LTV is 85% - hence why I would be tempted with a 5 year 4.99% - but I'm going to be saving/overpaying to try and get down to LTV 75% and then fix for 10 years, well that's the plan at the moment anyway!
