Zero % balance transfer

Hello Everyone,

I received a Capital one credit card application today (yet another) and was just looking through it before shredding it (dont need it thank goodness) and found it contained all the bumph but no application form. There also appeared to be a sheet where the application form might have been perforated. Am I paranoid about identity fraud? Rang Capital who couldnt help other then suggesting their machine may have omitted the form. The envelope didnt look tampered with but thats not difficult is it?
I'm new to the chat forum ( but an avid reader of the site which I think is brilliant) - has anyone any views please? Many thanks. Marg.

You could ask capital one if the forms usally contain personal information. If there was none on the missing part then there's nothing to worry about.
