Bad service from allied carpets

I have recently had a terrible experience with allied carpets, mostly down to very very poor service. A manager there was so unhelpful, not returning calls and not sending letters that she had said she would. I went to cab office and they gave me some really helpful advice. I used this and after many weeks of waiting i have now received an outcome that i am more than happy with. Thank you so much to the citizens advice. I wanted to write this as i feel it may help someone else and i am so happy. Thanx

Perhaps you could make a thread in praise of the Citizens Advice Bureau?

I must admit i have been a couple of times to them and have had very good, helpful advice and have had a positive outcome each time i have used their advice. I cannot praise them enough. My friend goes to them every year as he needs help filling in his tax return and they go through it with him and explain everything very clearly. Well done to all at all cab offices a great job all round.
